Shipping Policy
We at FFABASICS understand the need of faster deliveries and always try to dispatch the products at their earliest.
We partner with the industry leading courier companies to give you live updates and make sure you recieve your products on time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on pincode, weight and product dimensions and they cannot be reduced. Shipping charges shown on the payment page are final and cannot be negotiated.
Exchange Policy
No Returns Only Exchange
Bought it but don't love it? That's okay, we've all been there.
You have 2 days against any purchase after receiving the order for exchange or FFA credits as long as the product adheres to our conditions.

Our Guarantee is a handshake - A promise that we will be fair to each other. So if something is not standing as described by us, or it's faulty we will take it back and send you an exchange without any extra shipping cost. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim wrong/faulty product exchange. If you want a size exchange or you didn't like the product for some reason you can still arrange an exchange but the shipping costs must be borne by you.

After you decide you want to exchange, you can contact us on Whatsapp/Instagram or email us the exact reason for your exchange.

In exchange, you can choose another size or another product of equal or lesser value. In case you choose a product of lesser value, the difference will be stored as credits.

You will have to courier the product back to us.

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with all tags attached.

Once we receive your parcel, and the products are in the condition mentioned above we will dispatch your exchange order.

Home Decor, accessories, any type of jewelry and essential items like Masks cannot be exchanged. Sale Products also cannot be exchanged.
